• a) Scanned copy of the contracts
• b) Property address
• c) Dimensions and internal division (land area, built area)
• d) Characteristics (house, apartment, business opportunity, condominium)
• e) Copy of the first page of the deed with the information of the owner in said deed, a copy of the sheet with the legal description of the property or business letter and registration information in the public registry of the deed
• f) Copy of property tax or utility bill
• g) Copy of passport, driver's license or IFE card
In the event of the sale of the property, the AGENCY may disclose personal data to a notary public and/or guarantee company or to the buyer and/or his agent, to carry out the transfer of ownership, when present. Also the actual sales price will be used for statistical purposes.
In the case of rental, THE AGENCY may disclose personal data between the owner, tenant and/or their agent.
DATA POLICY
The AGENCY's policy is not to request information under the Law which is defined as sensitive information such as religious, political, sexual. If you provide confidential information, the AGENCY will treat and safeguard it in accordance with the Law.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is intended to (i) promote the sale or rental of property between Real Estate Agencies and the general public (ii) in case any interested party wishes to acquire or rent the property Property of the owner, the Agency may provide specific data to another party, for the purpose of generating a contract of sale and purchase or rental, such as deed number, date of deed, name of legal owners, legal address, description of the property, public registry data (iii) the purchase, sale or rental price of the property, the size and general area where this property is located will be used for statistical purposes only, (iv) request public record information and (V) contact you, either by email or by phone, to inform you about the process of entering the property into the regional real estate market and, if so, (vii) provide and request information from the notary public to carry out the deed process, (viii) provide and request information from any trustee and/or custodian. The Agency is not responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data provided to it, nor has it been verified, but only receives, records and preserves it. EXCEPTIONS
It should be noted that under the Law there are cases in which consent is not required for the processing of your personal data and, therefore, its absence or refusal does not prevent the AGENCY from processing (personal data) in terms of the law. and other regulations that may apply.
OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF THE OWNERS (ARCO RIGHTS)
At any time, you or your duly authorized legal representative may exercise the right of access to the personal data that we hold and the details of its processing. CONSENT OF THE OWNER
The Owner declares that (i) this notice has been issued by the Controller and (ii) he has read, understood and accepted the terms established in this Notice, which gives his consent for the processing of his Personal Data.
